What is your policy on refunds?
There shall be no refunds unless a product does not reach its destination after one calendar month (30 days) from shipping or if the product is irreparably damaged (torn in hew, broken beyond repair with glues or epoxies). Partial refunds may be issued at shop owner's discretion. Purchase of these products comes on an as-is basis, since they are considered finished.
What is your privacy policy?
Your data is not collected, sold, or used for any marketing purpose and in accordance to all privacy restrictions. Your personal data is only used to deliver a product to you for a monetary exchange.
Do you offer custom work?
Yes! However, it is done on my schedule, so the work should not be time sensitive. DM me on Instagram (fmbray.shop) or Twitter (@fmbray) One caveat: I reserve the right to refuse any work at my discretion, for any reason and without explanation.
What's your rate for custom work?
It depends on how long it takes, the logistics of delivery, and the complexity and how time-sensitive it is. If this needs to be done before a certain date, I recommend planning at least 2 to 3 months ahead, to give ample time. 30% of the project price is paid up front, as well as a signed contract, by you, the consumer, to solidify and signify the work that you are wanting. All work comes with 2 free revisions, if needed. These are NOT to be used to add more than what was originally described, but to change a major or a few minor details to the work (eg, changing a color or pose during drafting/sketching phase, different fonts, etc). If you are wanting more added, you will need to pay 30% of the cost of the new additions and amend the contract, in addition to allowing more time for completion.
